Shipping Policy
Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling fees will vary based on the shipping destination, the package size and weight as well as the shipping method which you have selected.
Shipping Schedule: Orders received before 12 pm (PST) on any business day are typically shipped either on the same day or, at the latest, on the next business day. If you need your order to be received on a specific date, we suggest you to utilize the ‘’Order Comments’’ box with any special instructions and our shipping team will do its best to fulfil your request.
Weather condition during transportation: Winery to Consumer is not responsible for any product damage due to poor weather condition during the transportation, including but not limited to leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. We suggest that you check for weather condition before placing an order.
Title and Ownership: Wine sold by Winery to Consumer are shipped from California and the title is passes to the customer from the Winery to Consumer located in California. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Winery to Consumer is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the customer. The customer, by placing an order with Winery to Consumer, warrants Winery to Consumer that he/she is aware of, and acting in a fashion in compliance with the laws governing the shipment into his/her area.
Sale Tax: All orders shipped within California are subjects to the California State sales tax.

Return Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
(i) The product was shipped in error by Winery to Consumer,
(ii) The product was damaged during the shipment for any reason other than poor weather condition.
If a product is returned for any reason other than one of the cases above listed, any additional shipping charge will be the responsibility of the customer.
All other returns will be issued as merchandise credit only.

The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
Winery to Consumer does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you certify that you are over the age of 21. Wines may be delivered only to persons at least 21 years of age. Winery to Consumer shipping agents will require a signature of someone at least 21 years of age at the time of delivery. Valid ID may be required. If the wine is returned to Winery to Consumer for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Winery to Consumer is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.

Price and billing terms
All prices and billing terms are subject to change with and without prior notice. Any such change may be provided at any time by posting the new prices and billing terms on the site of Winery to Consumer

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Winery to Consumer product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Winery to Consumer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Winery to Consumer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Winery to Consumer shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Winery to Consumer. Impersonation of others, including a Winery to Consumer or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
