Description Winery History
The Champagne Guillette Brest Grande Reserve has 20% of reserve wines blended with 80% of the grapes from the 2010 harvest. It is predominantly made of Chardonnay (about 70%). It also includes some Pinot Noir for about 15 % and some Pinot Meunier for another 15%.
Aged for 3 years in Oak barrels, its crisp and mineral flavor together with its pale gold color and its fine bubbles raise the status of the Grande Reserve Brut to the Great Companion level for those special moments in life. Pair it with seafood, fish or a lightly seasoned white meat and you will win the applause of your guests.
  • Appellation: Champagne
  • Type: Brut
  • Grape Varietal(s): 15% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier, 70% Chardonnay

We compared and Guillette Brest is the winner. August 1, 2015

Few friends and I wanted to check out the quality of the product offered by Winery to Consumer and we decided to put together a little champagne contest between the Guillette Brest Grande Reserve Brut and a $45 bottle (on sales for $39.99) that we bought from one of the national wine super store. What a difference. The Guillette Brest is so balanced and so fruity. The bubble of the other champagne were so harsh comparatively to the Guillette Brest and the overall taste so basic. That said both Champagnes paired well with rolls and sushi. It was a lot of fun and so simple to put together. Fun, fun, fun!
